- Create a perfectly smooth surface without having to resort to wet sanding - a practice that should only be performed by those who have honed their skills in a body shop environment
- While removing orange peel and deep defects you are also polishing the paint rather than leaving sanding marks which reduces the steps needed afterwards.
- Equivalent to 3000 grit sandpaper without the dulling of paint and sanding haze
- Please only use these pads if you are sure the orange peel is in the upper (clear coat) and not the color coat layer
- Size: 5 1/4" diameter. Thickness: 5/16". Pore size: 80ppi. Foam hardness: 3kpa. Material: Velvet polishing surface with hook and loop backing.
- Do not use without sufficient skill level.
- Use NO PRESSURE and observe the paint temperature often.
- DO NOT USE WITHOUT PAINT GAUGE UNLESS YOU HAVE TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR MOVING FORWARD WITHOUT ONE.
